Vance Kirklin’s thirty years in education, management and consulting provide a unique blend of knowledge and experience. As Director of Education Planning for SI&A, Vance designs and presents professional development related to strategic planning for school improvement. Kirklin has a BA in Sociology and an MBA, both received Summa Cum Laude, and is currently working on a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Change.
